Event Management & Styling
Whether you are a DIY’er who needs help sourcing one or two items or you want a fully styled and event managed service with concept design, all of our packages are tailored to suit your individual needs.
Each package is based on time allowed for sourcing items, providing quotes, making bookings, liaising with the supplier and managing bump in and bump out on the day. Cost of hire and associated costs of externally sourced items/services such as delivery, installation and pack-up are quoted separately based on the suppliers’ terms and conditions.

- Allows for 7.5 hours from sourcing item(s) to set up and pack up on the day.
- Suitable for smaller events or combination of DIY and partial events management/styling services
- Includes basic room layout sketch
- From $880.00 incl. GST
- Allows for 12 hours from sourcing items to set up and pack-up on the day.
- Suitable for small fully managed events, or mid-sized events with combination DIY and partial events management/styling services.
- Includes vision board, room layout sketch, digital styling sketches and running sheet.
- From $1,375.00 incl. GST
- Allows for up to 22 hours from sourcing items to set up and pack-up on the day.
- Suitable for large fully styled and event managed events like Weddings or events with guest lists up to 100 people.
- Includes mood board, vision board (once items are finalised), digital styling sketches, room layout and running sheet.
From $75 incl. GST (per hour).
Our unique concierge service is available if you only need assistance sourcing or setting-up one or two items. The service is charged at $75 per hour, plus any costs associated with the hiring or creating of an item and is only applicable to externally sourced items.
Speciality items/services that can be provided in-house by our styling team or via our own collection of props and equipment are subsidised and concierge rate does not apply. Set up/installation is included in the individual items price.

Not sure what you want your event to look like or what you need? Through fun conversation and questions, our concept design service will help you identify your perfect style. Includes;
- Initial consultation & questionnaire
- Presentation of a style mood/vision board.
All our packages are based on discussions with you about your needs. All event management and/or styling services described in the packages are based on our extensive past experiences working with clients. We will recommend what package suits based on your initial requests. Should you wish to upgrade your package if your needs change, this can be done at any time. If we only require an additional hour or two, then a per hour rate of $75 will apply, if it is more extensive then we will recommend upgrading to the next package. However, all amendments to the original agreement will be in writing and agreed by both parties to ensure the whole process runs smoothly.
Package rates apply to either a combination of event management and styling, or just event management or styling.
A 50% deposit of the package price is required to be paid prior to the start of the service.
